An example of this would be when we were retained by a client to acquire a suitable investment property which was an alternative to his current office investments in the Sydney CBD. During this process we provided due diligence on a wide range of properties which was shortlisted to six options. This led to the ultimate decision of acquiring a medical centre in Bowral, Southern Highlands.
Development Site Sales
Recently Will was approached by a large developer to identify a suitable site in the Sydney CBD for a hotel development. He identified four opportunities which resulted in the sale of 355-357 Sussex Street, Sydney to Mulpha. Initially the two adjoining properties were optioned up subject to DA. Once this was granted by Sydney Council the sale became unconditional. We communicated with the vendors keeping them informed through-out the entire process. The sale price in this instance was c. $36,000,000.
